Terms and Conditions of Purchase

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets, bookings, activities, experiences, passes, camps and any other product or service offered by Sendaviva through its official sales channels.

The purchase of any of these products entails full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the park’s operating rules.

3. Purchase Process

Purchases shall be made through the official channels provided by Sendaviva. Once the purchase process has been completed, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the transaction.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to verify that the information entered is correct.

4. Prices

All published prices are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT. Sendaviva may amend its prices at any time, and the price applicable shall be the one in force at the time the purchase is made.

rices may vary depending on commercial and operational criteria, including, among others, the date of the visit, the season, demand, expected capacity, how far in advance the purchase is made, the holding of special events, or any other circumstance that may affect the park’s pricing policy.

Any applicable promotions and discounts will be calculated and applied automatically during the purchase process, in accordance with the conditions in force at the time the booking is made. Promotions, discounts and offers shall be subject to the specific conditions stated in each case.

5. Payment Methods

Purchases may be paid for using the payment systems available on the online sales platform at any given time. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

  • Bank card.
  • Bizum.
  • Any other payment methods that may be introduced in the future and expressly indicated during the purchase process.

All transactions are carried out through secure, encrypted platforms.

6. Tickets and Bookings

Tickets and bookings are personal and must be used in accordance with the specific conditions applicable to each product.

Sendaviva may request supporting documentation to verify the identity of the holder whenever necessary.

The resale or commercial distribution of tickets without Sendaviva’s express authorisation is prohibited. Sendaviva may cancel any ticket purchased or used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.


 7. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

The conditions governing changes, cancellations or refunds will depend on the product purchased and will be communicated during the purchase process.

Where voluntary cancellation by the customer is permitted, the corresponding administration fee may be charged.

Tickets for a specific date, activities, bookings and experiences associated with a specific date shall not be subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Failure to attend the park or the booked activity shall not entitle the customer to a refund.
 

8. Modification or Suspension of Activities

For reasons relating to safety, animal welfare, weather conditions, maintenance, technical or operational issues, or force majeure, Sendaviva may modify timetables, routes, displays, activities, attractions or services without prior notice.

The suspension or temporary closure of a specific facility shall not entitle visitors to a refund of the ticket price.
 

9. Access to and Use of the Park

Access to the park entails acceptance of the operating rules in force.

The minimum age for entering the park unaccompanied is 16. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian.

Sendaviva may refuse admission or remove from the premises any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, dangerous or contrary to the park’s rules.

 

10. Animal Welfare and Conservation

Respect for animals is a fundamental principle of Sendaviva. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Feeding the animals without express authorisation.
  • Throwing objects into animal enclosures.
  • Hitting glass panels, fences or other facilities.
  • Engaging in any conduct that may disturb the animals’ behaviour or welfare.
  • Entering restricted areas.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises.
 

11. Food and Catering

Food and drink purchased outside the park may not be brought into the park.

As an exception, visitors may bring in:

  • Baby food.
  • Puréed food.
  • Products required for duly justified medical reasons.

Visitors may use the designated picnic areas located outside the park and may leave and re-enter the premises during the day of their visit.
 

12. Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the park.

This restriction does not apply to legally recognised guide dogs and assistance dogs.

Sendaviva provides a kennel service for dogs, subject to availability and advance booking.
 

13. Liability

Visitors must comply with the safety rules displayed or communicated at each attraction, activity or facility.

Sendaviva shall not be held liable for damage resulting from a visitor’s failure to comply with these rules or for damage caused by circumstances beyond its control.
 

14. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with Sendaviva’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable consumer and user protection regulations.

 

17. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Sendaviva may amend these General Terms and Conditions in order to adapt them to regulatory, operational, technical or commercial changes.

The new Terms and Conditions will be published on the website and shall apply to purchases made after they enter into force.
 

18. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to tickets, bookings, activities, experiences and other leisure services where a specific date or period of performance is provided for at the time of purchase.

For products or services to which the right of withdrawal is legally applicable, Sendaviva will provide consumers with the procedure for exercising this right and, where appropriate, the standard withdrawal form established by the applicable regulations.
