El compromiso de Sendaviva con la discapacidad es tan firme como transversal. Desde nuestra creación, el parque ha ido ofreciendo de modo creciente múltiples facilidades para las personas con discapacidad y sus acompañantes, desde la tarifa reducida de la entrada, hasta el diseño de los accesos, los desplazamientos y el entorno de nuestros espectáculos, hemos tenido en cuenta criterios de Accesibilidad Universal. Del mismo modo, nuestros restaurantes, la Posada y los hoteles asociados tienen en cuenta las exigencias de quienes necesitan entornos, productos y servicios accesibles.
We offer different types of facilities on arrival and internal displacements for those who may require mobility aids. In Sendaviva we have reserved parking spaces for vehicles with parking cards for people with reduced mobility. These spaces are in the parking lot closest to the entrance of the park.
Inside, there is also wheelchair adapted transportation that can take those who require it through the different areas of the park. In addition, we offer a free wheelchair loan service for those who may need it. This service requires a deposit of 20 euros, which is returned upon delivery of the wheelchair.
At the park access ticket booths there is a counter with a magnetic induction loop for people who use hearing aids or cochlear implants. These people, by placing their device in the "T" position, will receive the voice of the staff attending them, avoiding ambient noise, and their listening will be much more comfortable and pleasant. The counter is properly signposted.
The staff that attends at the information points, transportation, attractions and shows at Sendaviva is trained in the treatment and care of people with disabilities. Trust them to make your experience in the park safe and fun.
All areas of the park have restrooms with accessible cabins for people with reduced mobility. There are separate accessible toilets for men and women. There are also unisex toilets, which allow access to the person accompanying the person with reduced mobility, even if they are not of the same sex.
At Sendaviva, all restaurants are accessible to wheelchair users. And of course, guide and assistance dogs are welcome. Our menus also take into account those with food allergies or intolerances. Please contact our staff if you need help in choosing or picking up your lunch or dinner, also in the fast food restaurants.
At Sendaviva we want everyone to be able to enjoy and get information on our website and our applications. That is why we work to meet digital accessibility standards. In addition, in our social networks we follow accessibility guidelines describing the images we share and using clear language.
People with disabilities, whether minors or adults, always enjoy special discounts on park entrance fees.
