At the park entrance ticket offices, there is a clearly signposted counter equipped with an induction loop for people who use hearing aids or cochlear implants.
By setting their device to the “T” position, they will be able to hear the customer service staff more clearly, reducing background noise and improving communication.
When validating or purchasing tickets for people with disabilities, a fast-access wristband will be provided and placed by park staff.
Access will be through the attraction exits or through the signposted entrances. Each attraction has its own operating rules and access frequency, and the attraction staff will determine how the pass is used in each case.
Sendaviva has reserved parking spaces for people with reduced mobility next to the main entrance. It also offers electric scooters and a free wheelchair loan service for those who need it. The latter requires a €20 deposit, which is refunded when the wheelchair is returned.
People with disabilities, both children and adults, benefit from special rates at Sendaviva:
Disability of 75% or higher: free admission.
Companion: 50% discount on the general admission rate.
To benefit from these rates, tickets must be purchased at the ticket office and the corresponding official accreditation must be presented.
All our food service areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility and welcome guide and assistance dogs. They also provide information on allergens and options adapted to different dietary needs.

There are toilets with accessible cubicles for people with reduced mobility in all areas of the park. We have accessible toilets for men and women, as well as unisex toilets that allow access for companions when necessary.
