Hostel-rules

Below, we will explain a series of simple rules that you should follow during your stay at the hostel.

The Lodge is a space created for the rest of our visitors.

It is fully equipped to provide a quality service to all our customers; therefore, we kindly ask you to inform our staff of any problems you may detect in the facilities or service.

1. GENERAL HOSTEL RULES

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Animals are not allowed.
• The Park is not responsible for the disappearance of valuables. Keep an eye on your luggage.
• It is forbidden to make any kind of fire.
• The entrance to the park is restricted outside the established hours. Visitors must remain in the Village area.
• From 11:00 p.m. on, they must maintain absolute silence to improve coexistence and respect everyone's rest.

2. COMMON AREAS

• Kitchen:

It offers the possibility for visitors to prepare their own food. It is equipped with microwave, refrigerator and dryer. Use them safely (inform the Park staff if you notice strange behavior of the appliances). There is also a First Aid Kit, to be used if necessary. Once used, leave the kitchen CLEAN and PICKED UP.

• Recreation area:

Located in the corridor. It is a meeting and leisure point for visitors to the hostel.

• Multiple rooms and bathrooms:

We request respect for the privacy and rest of other visitors, if you are a user of these areas.

• Free Wifi

3. SCHEDULES

* Breakfasts and dinners (Pueblo cafeteria)

- Consult park staff.

* Departure from the Hostel

Before 10:00 a.m. the day after the visit. Otherwise, you will have to pay the Park entrance fee for that day.

* Arrivals/Departures during the stay

They must contact the Park Staff to enter or leave the facilities.

It is forbidden to leave the park without prior notice.

* Tickets to the Park will be exchanged at 10:30 a.m. at the ticket office.

In the case of needing emergency exits.

You are on the second floor.

Please do not use the elevator.

You must leave the room and at the end of the corridor on the left hand side you have the stairs that will take you to the first floor.

Once at the bottom turn right and you will see the exit door to the town square.
