General restrictions:
Secure, closed or firmly fastened footwear is mandatory. Loose items or objects that could become detached, such as backpacks, are not permitted. Lockers are available in the Lake area, opposite the Diamonds attraction. The descent may only be recorded using a three- or four-point harness secured to the chest.
Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time at the Great Zip Line boarding point. Access is located next to the lemur enclosure.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time or to comply with the attraction requirements will result in the loss of the amount paid.
