Tickets and Park Access
The purchase of any ticket implies acceptance of these Terms of Use, the General Terms and Conditions, and the instructions given by Sendaviva staff. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale or commercial use of tickets without the express authorization of Sendaviva is strictly prohibited. Tickets are valid only for the date and admission type purchased, unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions of the relevant product.
Cancellation of a purchase is subject to a €5 administration fee per transaction. Sendanatura tickets and tickets for special events or products are subject to the specific conditions published during the purchase process.
For weather-related, technical, veterinary, animal welfare, operational or safety reasons, certain facilities, activities, shows, exhibitions or attractions may be closed, suspended or have their schedules modified without giving rise to any right to a refund.
The ticket price includes admission to the park and the activities included in the selected admission type. Some experiences, activities or services may require an additional charge.
Guests may temporarily leave the park and re-enter, provided they follow the re-entry procedure established by Sendaviva.
The minimum age to enter the park unaccompanied is 16 years old. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. If a minor is accompanied by another adult, that person must have the express authorization of the parent or legal guardian. Sendaviva may request proof of such authorization where necessary.
Sendaviva reserves the right to refuse admission or require any guest to leave the park if they fail to comply with these rules, disregard staff instructions, or engage in behaviour that may affect safety, coexistence or the proper operation of the park.
Attractions, Shows and Activities
- To access attractions, visitors must comply with the specific rules indicated at each facility, as well as the instructions of park staff.
- Some attractions have restrictions based on height, age, physical condition, or clothing for safety reasons.
- Shows, educational activities, and performances may be subject to capacity limits.
- Attractions may close access to queues before the official park closing time to ensure activities can end safely.
- Schedules for activities, shows, and attractions may be modified for operational reasons or animal welfare.
Water Attractions
Access to the water attractions is subject to the specific operating conditions established for each attraction, which may include height, age, mobility or supervision requirements.
Appropriate swimwear is mandatory when using the water attractions. In addition, some attractions require the use of closed-toe water footwear, such as water shoes, neoprene shoes or closed water sandals. This requirement will be clearly indicated at the entrance to each attraction.
Sendaviva provides lockers located throughout different areas of the park where guests can safely store their personal belongings.
For safety reasons, guests must follow the instructions of park staff at all times and comply with the signage displayed at each attraction.
Sendaviva reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to or suspend the operation of any attraction when weather, technical or safety conditions require it.
Food and Dining
To ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facilities, the welfare of the animals, and the proper operation of the park’s food and beverage services, visitors are not permitted to bring outside food or drinks into the park for consumption inside the facilities. Visitors who wish to consume their own food may do so in the designated area located outside the park. They may then re-enter the park by following Sendaviva’s established re-entry procedure.
- As an exception, visitors may bring baby food, pureed food, or products required for medical reasons with proper justification.
- Visitors have designated areas outside the park for eating and may leave and re-enter during their visit.
- All park restaurants provide information on allergens and options adapted to different dietary needs. If in doubt, please consult our catering staff.
Available Services
- Rental service for strollers, wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs, subject to availability.
- Dog daycare service available with prior reservation.
- Facilities accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Priority Access for Guests with Disabilities
Guests with disabilities may request an identification wristband at the ticket offices, which provides priority access to the attractions.To obtain the wristband, guests must present a valid disability card or other official proof of disability. The wristband will be issued exclusively to the accredited guest.
Priority access allows the guest with a disability to enter the attractions together with up to three accompanying persons, forming a group of no more than four people in total. If the guest with a disability is under 18 years of age, at least one accompanying person must be 18 years of age or older.
Access to the Attractions
In all cases, guests must comply with the access requirements and the safety, height, age, mobility and supervision restrictions established for each attraction. Priority access is subject to the capacity, operating conditions and specific access frequency of each attraction in order to ensure guest safety and the smooth operation of the park.
The guest with a disability must enter and ride the attraction in order for their accompanying persons to use the priority access lane. Accompanying persons may not use this access without the presence and participation of the accredited guest. Sendaviva staff may assess the access conditions required in each individual case to ensure the safety of all guests.
Animal Welfare and Coexistence
- All visitors must respect the animals, facilities, and natural environment.
- Feeding, disturbing, or throwing objects at animals is prohibited.
- Failure to comply with safety, coexistence, or animal welfare rules may result in expulsion from the premises.
- Sendaviva reserves the right of admission and the right to update these rules when necessary to ensure visitor safety, animal welfare, and the proper functioning of the park.
